My Oh My; what a winter Seward is having! There is more snow on the ground right now than there was all of last year. It is a good thing that I have a large yard, so the snowplow can push the snow out of the way. I still have room to turn around in the yard.  I have friends whose yards are like tunnels.  I'm hoping all the snow is melted by the first day of Summer.  This will give a really short growing season.

My Mom sent me a really interesting article about germs.  The one that caught me off guard was the section on your purse.  The article said that the bottom of your peruse is a breeding ground for bacteria.  Think of all the nasty places it's been-on the floor such as:  restrooms, resturants, cars, work, and may other places.  The solution is to clean the bottom of your purse with a wipe and hang them on the back of chairs or coat hooks to keep them off the floor.

The B&B season is starting out with a bang.  I already have more reservations for the coming season than I did all of last season.  I'm so looking forward to this year.  If you know of anyone coming to Seward this next summer, send them my way (alaskaglaciercreek.com) is my website.

Shaklee is looking better and better every day.  I'm actually getting brave enough to talk to or call friends and family about the products and/or money making prossilbities with Shaklee.  My goal is to make enough money to get a new car and save enough money to build a green house.  If you know of anyone that wants the best nutritional green products on the market or make some extra money, please send them my way.
